  PERSONAL
  • Lauren Kearney is 25 years old and has been studying martial arts for twenty years. She is a member of the prestigious Team Paul Mitchell and now works as a part of their executive team. Lauren has coached some of today’s fastest rising talent and manages her own team of youth and adult competitors. Lauren is many things but most notably passionate about the martial arts. It is her drive and passion that has helped her to achieve her own success and now help others to achieve theirs.
  DID YOU KNOW …?
  • Kearney grew up in a family of four: Mom (Kathy), Dad (Pete), and brother (Chris). At the age of four, after moving to Coral Springs, Kearney began taking gymnastics lessons while her older brother, began training at East West Karate. She learned martial arts from the sidelines for a year before her parents allowed her to join her brother on the floor. Kearney’s first NASKA tournament was in 1995 at the US Open in Orlando, Florida. It would be two years later where she would win her first NASKA first place trophy in fighting.
